Unarmed security services · Events
Event security in Turin and Northern Italy: guests welcomed, access controlled, emergencies planned for.
Openings, fashion shows, trade fairs, sporting events and in-store presentations. We provide the people each task needs, every one with the right qualification: officers for welcome and access control, licensed crowd-control staff, fire wardens and drivers for your guests. One coordination point: our management hub.
Verifiable, not just claimed
We do not publish our clients’ names. It is the first guarantee of confidentiality we offer you.
The right people
Every task to the person qualified to do it.
An event brings together different tasks, and Italian law assigns them to different roles. Mixing them up exposes the organiser to penalties and, worse, to a badly handled emergency. That is why our plan starts from the tasks, not from headcount.
Where we have worked
Different events, the same coordination.
A few real cases, described without names: confidentiality applies to our clients too.
A luxury department store opens its doors
Thirty officers at the same time for opening day: welcome, access control, crowd flow and guest-only areas.
An international show on an island
An international designer presents the new collection at an island venue. Thirty officers, transferred and organised far from base.
Footballers, designers, celebrities
A luxury store that hosts events all the time: we handle arrivals, restricted access and accompanying guests inside.
Authors and guests, from the station to the stage
For a major fair we collected writers and public figures, even from Milan, and accompanied them through the halls to the conference rooms.
Food fairs and major rallies
Fire wardens on duty at large international fairs and top-tier sporting events, alongside the other security services.
We often join events through large service networks working for prominent clients: we follow their procedures, with the same confidentiality.
How we work
From the invitation to closing the doors.
- Site survey. Expected attendance, entrances, restricted areas, escape routes, set-up and take-down times.
- Written plan. Roles, numbers, positions and duties, consistent with the event emergency plan.
- Briefing. Before doors open, every officer knows the venue, the expected guests and the procedures.
- On duty and report. Replacements handled by the hub during the event, and a final report on what happened.
Our guarantees
One supplier, several qualifications, no improvisation.
- Certified. Unarmed security services compliant with ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas) and UNI 11926:2023 (ICMQ).
- Recognisable. Service attire with company identification markings, a dark jacket for front-of-house roles, no military-style clothing.
- Qualifications checked. Fire safety certificates and Prefecture registrations verified before every assignment.
- Covered. Our management hub organises shifts and replacements, even outside office hours.
- Compliant. The CCNL HV40 collective agreement applied correctly and attendance tracked: under an Italian service contract, the client’s joint liability concerns you too.
Clarity first
What we do not do, even at an event.
None of our staff is armed. We provide no armed escorts or armed close protection, we do not search anyone, detain anyone or use force: Italian law reserves these tasks for the police or licensed armed security officers. Our fire wardens support, and do not replace, the fire brigade’s supervision service where the rules or the safety commission require it. If your event needs one of these services, we will tell you so in writing at the site survey.
Frequently asked questions
How many officers can you deploy for an event?
It depends on the plan: every number comes from the site survey. We have already deployed up to thirty officers at the same time, even far from base.
What is the difference between an unarmed security officer and licensed crowd-control staff?
Unarmed security officers provide auxiliary services: welcome, access, crowd flow, reporting. Licensed crowd-control staff are registered with the Prefecture and work at entertainment and live-show venues with the duties set by the Ministerial Decree of 6 October 2009. An event may need both.
Are fire wardens mandatory at my event?
That is decided by the risk assessment and the event emergency plan. At the site survey we check the risk level and the certificate the wardens need.
Do you work for agencies and service networks?
Yes, often. Many prominent events reach us through large networks: we follow their procedures, with complete confidentiality.
Do you work outside Turin?
Throughout Northern Italy and, when needed, further afield: we organised the service for an international fashion show on an island.
