Site survey and risk analysis
One of our risk managers studies the layout, customer flows and weak points of your store. The survey is free of charge.
- Step 2
A tailored plan
You receive a proposal with the service designed for that location and the indicators to measure it by.
- Step 3
A supported start
We select the staff for your store and train them on your procedures. In the first weeks a quality manager follows the service closely.
- Step 4
Monitoring and improvement
Regular inspections, a monthly report and meetings with your management. Whatever you need, you have a single number: our management hub.

But a service cannot depend on one person alone: that is why every site is backed by an organisation that never takes a holiday.

Frequently asked questions
Before you get in touch, you may be wondering…
What is the difference between a concierge service and armed security (vigilanza)?
A concierge and access-control officer welcomes visitors, controls access, observes and reports; no prefectural licence is required. Guarding property and responding to alarms are reserved for licensed armed security officers (guardie giurate) employed by licensed armed security companies (vigilanza privata). If the site survey shows that you need armed security, we tell you so in writing.
Can you investigate our employees?
Yes, to establish a specific wrongdoing, such as stock shortfalls or disloyalty, under a written mandate and in compliance with the Italian Workers’ Statute. We do not monitor productivity or performance: the law forbids it.
How much does a concierge service cost?
It depends on the hours, the duties and the risk profile of the site: that is why the site survey comes before the quote. Labour costs are shown explicitly in the quote, so you can check that they comply with the Italian Ministry of Labour cost tables.
What happens if an officer is absent?
The management hub arranges cover with an officer already trained on your site, even outside office hours thanks to continuous on-call availability. From 2027 it will be supported by a team dedicated to urgent cover.
How do you protect confidentiality?
We do not publish our clients’ names. Investigation reports are delivered only to you or your lawyer, and data is deleted at the end of the assignment, as the GDPR requires.
Where do you operate?
All our services are delivered in Italy: concierge services across Northern Italy, with offices in Turin, Racconigi and Isernia, and investigations by our agency throughout the country.
Our procurement team needs specific documents. Do you have them?
The Chamber of Commerce company report (visura), certifications, DURC (certificate of social-security compliance) and the collective agreement applied are gathered in a supplier dossier that we send within two working days.
