For procurement, facility and loss prevention teams

The supplier dossier, before negotiations even begin.

A security supplier should be judged on its paperwork before its promises. Anyone who has qualified a supplier for a contract knows how much time is lost chasing documents: that is why we keep ours ready, up to date and in order for the services we deliver in Italy, and send them on request within two working days.

What it contains

Four folders, no surprises.

The documents are organised by company and by line of work: under Italian law, auxiliary security services such as unarmed concierge and access-control services do not require a Prefecture licence, whereas investigations do. Confusing the two is the first mistake in many tender specifications; we keep them separate on paper too.

Why we do it

A price that is too low costs the buyer too.

  1. Joint liability

In Italian service contracts, the client is jointly liable (responsabilità solidale) for wages and social-security contributions the supplier fails to pay. An offer below the cost of labour is not a saving: it is a deferred debt.

  2. The right licence for the right service

Asking a concierge officer to do what is reserved for a licensed armed security officer, or entrusting an investigation to someone without a licence, exposes the client even before the supplier.

  3. Continuity of service

A service is only as good as its cover on difficult days. That is why our offer states how, and how quickly, we cover an absence.

  4. Traceability

Reports, procedures and logs are not red tape: they are what allows you to show an inspector or a judge that you chose with due diligence.
